Warranty Coverage
Our products come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage includes the repair or replacement of any defective products under the conditions outlined below.
Warranty Period
The standard warranty period for products sold by FinityToys™ is 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some products may have a longer warranty period, and this information will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Conditions for Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be within the warranty period.
- The product must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and not be damaged by misuse or improper handling.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging or securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Exclusions from Warranty
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear of the product, including minor cosmetic damage.
- Products that have been altered or modified in any way.
- Products that have been subjected to accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is covered under warranty, please follow these steps to file a claim:

- Provide a copy of your proof of purchase and a description of the defect or issue.
- Our team will review your claim and determine if the product is eligible for a replacement or repair.
- If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and receive your warranty service.
Replacement or Repair
Once your warranty claim is approved, we will either repair the defective product or replace it with a new or refurbished item, depending on availability and at our discretion. In the case of a replacement, the warranty period will continue from the original purchase date.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
In the event that you need to return a product for warranty service, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement or repaired product to you, provided you are located within the regions we service. International customers may be subject to additional shipping fees.
