Our Return and Refund Policy

At FinityToys™, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help you with our Return and Refund process.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If you paid via credit card, the refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account due to your bank's processing time.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Items that are clearly marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@finitytoys.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a refund or replacement, as needed.
